Common Questions

  • No account is required to use the app.
  • Saved loads and profile settings are stored locally on your device.
  • CSV export uses the iOS share sheet after you choose Export CSV.
  • Duplicate loads can be saved for today, yesterday, or a custom date.

Before Contacting Support

  • Confirm your MPG, fuel price, and monthly fixed costs in Profile.
  • Check that the report date range includes the saved load date.
  • Use Edit in History if a saved load has the wrong broker, route, miles, or cost.
  • Delete and reinstall only if you are comfortable removing local app data.

Data & Privacy

RouteRunner Profit is local-only by design. It does not require a login or send your load history to a backend controlled by RouteRunner Profit.
